Yet, anyway.
The grain of salt to take this with is the fact that I haven't seen an HBO show in five years. But most of them sucked then, so screw it:
1. Veronica Mars
2. Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip
3. The Venture Brothers
4. The Sarah Silverman Program
5. The Office
6. Boston Legal
7. The Knights of Prosperity
8. How I Met Your Mother
9. The Wedding Bells
10. House

Let's see: #'s 1, 2, 6, 7, and 9 have all been cancelled. At least BL got a syndication-length run... and boy did the Sarah Silverman program divebomb in quality.
